Start Your Week on Purpose
Most people don't intentionally start their week — they react to it. The very first Weekly Reset: one principle, one reset question, and one 15-minute family challenge to lead the week instead.

Welcome to the very first edition of The Weekly Reset — one short read to help you pause, reflect, and intentionally prepare for the week ahead. Nothing complicated. No fluff. Just one principle, one reset question, one family challenge, one helpful resource, and one simple thought to help you lead the week with more purpose.
My name is Bubba Page. I'm a dad to 8 incredible kids, an entrepreneur, an investor, a mentor, and a guy who has spent the last 20+ years figuring out how to build a meaningful life without sacrificing the people who matter most.
I've built companies. I've sold businesses. I've raised capital. I've invested in startups. I've spoken on stages and mentored entrepreneurs. But some of the most important lessons I've learned didn't come from business. They came from being a father — from making mistakes, from getting things wrong, from learning that success means very little if your family, faith, health, and relationships are quietly struggling behind the scenes.
One thing I've noticed is that most people don't intentionally start their week. They react to it. Monday arrives. The calendar takes over. The notifications start. The kids have activities. Work gets busy. Life happens. And before we know it, another week is gone. That's why I created The Weekly Reset.
Whether you're married, single, divorced, raising young children, building a business, leading a team, rebuilding your life, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself, my hope is that this becomes one small habit that helps you live more intentionally. Read it in 3 minutes. Use it all week.
The Principle: You Don't Rise to Your Intentions — You Fall to Your Systems
Most families have goals, but few families have rhythms. Most people have hopes, but few people have a weekly reset.
And that's usually not because they don't care. It's because life is moving fast, everyone is tired, and nobody gave us a simple system for leading the week before the week leads us.
But a simple 15-minute conversation on Sunday can change the direction of an entire week. Not because it makes life perfect — it won't — but because it helps you see what's coming, talk about what matters, and support each other before the chaos hits. Simple systems create powerful results.
The Reset Question: What Is One Thing That Would Make This Week Successful?
Not perfect. Successful. Choose one thing. Write it down. Focus on it.
For some people, it might be having dinner together three nights this week. For someone else, it might be getting to bed earlier. For another, it might be having one hard conversation they've been avoiding. For you, it might simply be slowing down enough to feel present again. Pick one thing and let that be your anchor this week.
The Family Challenge: 15 Uninterrupted Minutes
Spend 15 uninterrupted minutes planning the week ahead. No phones. No TV. No distractions. Just intentional conversation. Ask:
- •What are we excited about this week?
- •What challenges are coming?
- •How can we support one another?
- •What would make this week a win?
If you're married, do it with your spouse. If you're a parent, include your kids. If you're single, do it with yourself and a notebook. And yes, your kids may roll their eyes the first time. That's okay. Eye rolls are just participation with attitude.
Resources of the Week
Over the years, I've read hundreds of books on faith, leadership, family, business, investing, and personal growth. I've put together my favorite recommendations in Bubba's Book List — books that have shaped the way I think about becoming a better father, entrepreneur, leader, and disciple of Christ.
I also recently launched my new podcast, The Fatherhood Movement, with new episodes released weekly. Check it out and leave a review with your thoughts on the show.
One Last Thing
I'd love to hear from you. What is the biggest challenge you're facing right now? Family? Faith? Health? Relationships? Business? Your answers help shape future editions of The Weekly Reset.
Thank you for being here. Let's make this week count. P.S. If you're looking for additional support, I lead several communities — Men's Circle, Women's Circle, Founders' Circle, and Investors' Circle. And if you'd like to explore whether 1:1 coaching might be a fit, you can apply for a conversation here. You've got this.
